Ms. Tiana Allen a.k.a. The "WellnessPreneur" is the owner of The Wellness Sanctuary,

a healing studio providing Natural Health and Restorative Therapies.

She is also a Published Author, Journalist, and Consultant. 

Respectfully also called "Tiana The Teacher," she holds 2 Undergraduate Degrees in Alternative Health and Behavioral Science, a Master's in Adult Education, Leadership, Learning & Organizational Development and a Graduate Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, with an interest in Clinical Behavior Analysis & Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Other Certifications include: Grief and Loss, CBT Anxiety Specialist, Crisis Counseling and Addictions Counseling. Adding Behavioral Health was a much needed service at The Wellness Sanctuary but, Alternative Health will always be apart of the practice.


Tiana is a Licensed Health Practitioner and Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT/CDT) receiving a Certification in Lymphedema Management and Decongestive Therapy from The Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy www.NortonSchool.com. Her client focus are survivors of cancer, autoimmune disorder, lymphatic disease, and those who are post operative.

Speaking of survivors, Tiana works with survivors of domestic, emotional and psychological abuse and produces a yearly retreat for women to gather and communicate about emotional wellness, while learning from each other and getting beauty and spa treatments. She simply calls this event "HeyLovely®"

On top of this, Tiana is the founder of the nonprofit organization, The Journey Institute of Wellness. Through TJIW, wellness related community events are produced to bring awareness to alternative health.

TJIW's signature event “Meditate With Me”/Meditation Meets Life grows popular by the year. Lead by Atlanta-area meditation instructors, this series teaches participants different ways to center their energies

in order to navigate through life with a clearer understanding from a fresh perspective.

As a consultant, Tiana consults with startup and experienced entrepreneurs. The aim is to show practical strategies they can use in order to change, grow and have longevity in their businesses.
